Shipping & Delivery: Your order will be delivered at your home adress by TNT, unless you informed us on the website that you would like to have your order delivered at another adress. Our aim is that you will receive your order within 2 working days.
Privacy & Security: Charlie + Mary guarantees you that all of your personal details are being treated with the biggest care possible. And that we will not give your personal details to any third party without your permission.
Returns & Replacements: You can return any item within 8 days of receipt, for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or color. The costs for returning the goods will be on your own account. Charlie + Mary will pay for sending out the new item if applicable. There is no refund on sale items. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition with the labels attached. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.
